To finalize your booking‚ make a payment using Mpesa, a credit or debit card. If you prefer to use an alternative method of payment then please MAKE SURE YOU GO BACK TO YOUR BOOKING DETAILS AND FINALISE YOUR BOOKING
- How Do I Manage My Booking(s)?
Once you have completed your booking‚ you can view your flight details using Customer Login button on our booking website. Just log in using your email address.
- What Are The Payment Methods?
We accept most forms of payment including:
- M-pesa Paybill No. 555816
- Credit or Debit card
- Cash
- Where are your sales offices located?
Aerlink Building – Wilson Airport and Jomo Kenyatta Int Airport Terminal 2.
- What kind of Identification do I need when flying?
A valid passport (international flight is a must have) or your national I.D. Children/Infants traveling with us must have copies of their birth certificates, birth notification or passports.
- How much baggage am I allowed?
20kgs free luggage per adult inclusive of hand luggage. That is‚ 15kgs for check-in baggage and 5kgs for hand luggage. Any extra kg will be charged at the check-in desk.
Infants do not get any baggage allowance.
- What time does the check in counter open?
Check-in counters at Wilson open 1hr 30mins before departure time and close 45 minutes to the departure time for Wajir and Mandera flights. Check-in counters at JKIA open 2hrs before departure time and close 45 minutes to the departure time for Mogadishu and Juba flights.
- Which airport do you fly out from?
We fly from Wilson airport for local flights and Jomo Kenyatta Intl’ for our international flights.
