- Once you have completed your booking‚ you can view your flight details using Find My Reservation Tab on our website Home page.
- The baggage allowance for each I FLY AIR ticket is a total of 20kgs or 30kgs depending on the
equipment being operated for the day. This is divided into; FOKKER 50 (5 kg hand baggage
and 15kgs check in baggage) FOKKER 70 (7 kg hand baggage and 23kgs check in
baggage). - Infants do not get any baggage allowance.

- Check-in counters at Wilson open 1hr 30mins before departure time and close 45 minutes to the departure time for Wajir and Mandera flights. Check-in counters at JKIA open 2hrs before departure time and close 45 minutes to the departure time for Mogadishu and Juba flights.
- We fly from Jomo Kenyatta Intl’ for both our local and international flights(Terminal 2).
